Hello, Thanks for the question and sorry for the problem with receiving the email. In general, the rules between ANY email server are to provide a bounce-back error message if there are any problems in delivering an email message. This allows the sender/recipient/email administrator to determine WHY an email message is not being delivered. Every incident of delivery or reception of an email is logged. If the issue continues, then we would need to know the email address of the sender so that we can see if the email is showing up on the server logs. You should send this kind of information close to when the event occurred because the email logs can often be worse than finding a needle in a haystack. We're often sifting through thousands of emails. Possible causes for email delivery interruption can range from spam filtering (where the email is removed to a location separate from your junk folders), to simple interruption in the internet connection at the time of delivery. It would be difficult to say without the bounceback or at least the email address (and time) of the delivery so that we could investigate the issue. If the problem does persist, please provide us this information and we would happy to look into it further. I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance. Kindest regards, Arnel C. |
