Cannot Send Emails to a Domain

When I send an email to my friend, it fails.. I tried 2 different email addresses for him - both failed. all hosts for '*********baseball.com' have been failing for a long time (and retry time not reached)

Can you help me diagnose this issue please... believe the IP address for his email is not being resolved but I cannot find a way to determine if it is blocked via CPanel. Thx!

Hello,

Thank you for your question regarding issues sending emails. When I check the MX records for this domain, it lists the folllowing:

*********baseball.com. 3599 IN MX 10 mx1c40.carrierzone.com.
*********baseball.com. 3599 IN MX 100 mx2c40.carrierzone.com.
*********baseball.com. 3599 IN MX 110 mx3c40.carrierzone.com.

I recommend verifying that the address is setup on those servers. Also, checking the mail logs can provide more specific error message or record of the mail.
