can\'t see SENT folder

<p>when I go to USE THIS MAILBOX FOR the box on the right pops up but does not light up. I can't choose 'sent' as in the instructions</p>

Hello Nanp,

You have not provided enough information for us to answer your question. Your Support Center login is not linked to a hosting account. If you have an account with us, please share that information with us. Additionally, if this is an email problem, we need to know if you're using webmail, or separate email application like Outlook or Mac Mail (or maybe you're using a device like a tablet) - we need more information! However, to guess at your problem, there is a situation when using the IMAP protocol for email when the SENT folder cannot be selected. Here's a link that explains this issue:
