Hello Garfield711,

Email accounts are usable depending upon the domain that is used. If the domain is already propagated and pointing to our hosting servers, then they would be usable as soon as you have created them. If your domain name was either just created, moved or changed in some form, then you may need to wait on propagation before the domain is usable. Here's some information on DNS propagation:

DNS Propagation

This may seem a little technical, but basically, the Domain name needs to be able determine WHERE email or web traffic are coming from. The DNS settings determines this information. Once it is set, then email and web traffic can operate normally.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
