email forwarder deleting original email

I've set up email forwarders for my account, but when I check for the original email in Roundcube or the other webmail apps, the email is not there/deleted. How do I keep those original emails in webmail while still forwarding them?

Hello,

Thanks for the question about the email forwarder not getting email. We would need to know how you are creating the forwarder. By default, if you create an email account, then create a forwarder, the email account still exists so it should receive email though you forward it. If you deleted the email account after creating the forwarder then emails going to the forwarder will not be saved. Please check to see how you are creating the forwarders.
