Email Issue/Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

<p>Hi, I am Judy Long and my site is CateringPlease.com I sent out 500 marketing emails yesterday. First 250 went through just fine. I wait for one hour to sent out additional 250 email -- all 250 emails got returned due to MTA's poor reputation and blocked list. I tried to sent out after 2 hours later and also got returned again. I have no problem last few weeks and started to have this problem yesterday. If my IP is under blocked list, should all my first 250 mails also got returned? Why just the emails from 250 to 500 all got returned? Read below message for some of my returned emails:</p>
<p>A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.&nbsp;</p>

Hi Judy,

I'm sorry you had trouble with sending out email. The errors you provided showed that at the time the emails were returned the server's mail IP was in an RBL at Spamhaus. The IP has been removed and is no longer in the RBL, you can verify this here:

The IP was not in the RBL at the time you began sending your emails but was in the RBL when the second batch began to be sent.
