Hello,

Thanks for the question about retrieving archived emails from the server. Your question is a little confusing because there are no archiving options within webmail. You can archive emails using the options to make backup files in cPanel, but this would remove the files from the folders and then you would not be able to see them in Webmail (emails are kept in a separate folder on your account). Since you can see them in Webmail, the emails are not considered "archived". They might be in a separate folder. Archived files/folders are not generally accessible through webmail. For information on making a backup with cPanel, see Creating a website backup. The differences in what defines an archived email aside, if you can see the emails in your webmail, you can FORWARD those emails to your account again. Then you can open those emails in Outlook 2007 and then you can move them using Outlook 2007 to where you want to have them stored. There is no direct transfer to Outlook. I hope this helps to explain the issue. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Regards,
Arnel C.
