Recently it seems that all email being sent from my client's website, arebuildingsystems.com is ending up in customers' junk mail folders. I checked the website logs and it seems to be sending the emails fine but something is triggering it to go into peoples junk mail folders or not be received at all. I was wondering if there was something I could do in the control panel to fix this. I try adding both of the domains on the account to the email authentication feature but I'm not sure that is the correct thing to do. Any insight on what the problem might be and how to fix it would be great. Up until about a week or two ago everything was working fine.

Hello ael91, and thanks for your question.

We are having a bit of an issue with outgoing mail on some servers, you can follow our status page for the latest updates regarding this issue if that is what's affecting your mail delivery.

Aside from that, you'd also want to make sure to setup SPF records, as well as DomainKeys on your domain to help identify your mail as legitimate.

I apologize for any inconvenience, and if it's our server problem causing the issues for you, we should hopefully have that resolved as soon as possible.

Please let us know if you had any other questions at all.

- Jacob
