We are having a bit of an issue with outgoing mail on some servers, you can follow our status page for the latest updates regarding this issue if that is what's affecting your mail delivery. Aside from that, you'd also want to make sure to setup SPF records, as well as DomainKeys on your domain to help identify your mail as legitimate. I apologize for any inconvenience, and if it's our server problem causing the issues for you, we should hopefully have that resolved as soon as possible.
