Hello My1Eric,

Thank you for your question regarding re-configuring your email to use Web Hosting Hub mail servers. Basically, you will want to reverse the steps covered in our article How to Modify your MX Records:

  1. Begin by logging into your cPanel.

  2. Click on MX Entry under the Mail area of your cPanel home page.
  3. Select your domain from the dropdown near the top of the page.
  4. Delete each of the MX records that points away from the server (e.g. ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM, etc.)
  5. Input a New Record with the follwing settings:

    Priority: 0

Destination: yourdomain.com (Be sure to replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain and do not include http:// or www. before the domain name)

Click the Add New Record button to save your new MX record

Please note, this is a change to your DNS records and will take 4-24 hours to fully propagate. During that time, you will want to check the other server for email messages as well.

Please see our article How to Check your Email for more information on using Webmail or setting up an email client to check your email.

If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,

Christi N.
