I have several email aliases (webmaster, hr, news, etc) that I all need to come to my main email address. Is there a way to setup aliases for my main inbox so I don't have to create multiple mailboxes and forward them. Creating the boxes isn't a hassle but since forwarded messages aren't deleted automatically I would have to monitor multiple boxes to keep deleted old messages.

Hello,

Thank you for your question today. You may certainly have more than one alias forwarding to your main email account. You can find information on how to do that here.

One additional thing you can do is to set up email forwarders for email addresses that do not exist. For instance, you can still have info@example.com forward to yourname@example.com even though the info@ email address does not exist. This way you do not ever have to go and clean out that address box for info.

For email addresses that you use ONLY in this manner, you can delete the email addresses and keep the forwarders. This will remove the tediousness of having to clean out the extra email boxes.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
