Hello Rogersa,

Email delivery depends upon where the domain is pointed to, or if there are settings that direct the email delivery to a specific place. If you just changed your DNS(specifically the name servers), you need to allow for propagation time, then any email pointed to that domain will go to your domain will come to our email servers here.

Emails from the domain registry(the domain registrar) will use the email address you gave them (I think that's what you are referring to). If the email is using the same domain name, then it goes to where you pointed the name servers.

I hope this clears up the issue. If you're still confused, give us some specifics about what you've changed and the email server you're actually try to use.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
