Issues with email sending to on site email addresses
Hello
I have set up the email tony@tandaconsultants.co.uk which has a domain registered elsewhere, I am having issues sending to the address advertising@ta-publishing.co.uk, I can send emails to any other address with extensions however for some reason I am unable to send to this one.
The address is set up with a company called Zen and the people who send from tony@tandaconsultants, send it across the room to the advertising@ta-publishing.co.uk as they receive it... So I system is on the same server. I can't think as to why it would not send to the other address and the only factor that seems to connect this is they are on the same router.
Is there any possible way of fixing this?
This appears to have fixed it for the advertising@ta-publishing.co.uk
we still have issues sending to a similar address stationed on the same router as info@openingsid.com would this be an issue?

Hello RickEdmondson, As the domain ta-publishing.co.uk is listed on this server but pointed elsewhere and the email you were sending was from the same server, it was looking to send to the domain locally first. This was causing your error. I have adjusted the server setting here to check externally for that domain name so it can send the emails to the right server. I sent a test mail successfully so you should be able to send email correctly shortly. Please allow a propagation time of about 4 hours, though it usually resolves faster than that.
