I keep getting e-mails form System Administrator <root@localhost> with a subject title of "message unavailable" and the content of the e-mail says "This message is no longer available on the server." What is up with this? Can some please explain?

Thanks!

Hello lpihealthcare,

Sorry to hear about the confusion with the emails. I believe that you are probably logging into your account with the cpanel user name, instead of an actual email account. The username will get notices from email server if a reference is being made to a message that has since been deleted, but it is not necessarily be directed at you. It may simply be logging the issue - we would actually need to see the message to pinpoint its context. If you login with an actual email account user - for example someon@abcd.com, then you should not be seeing these messages. The cpanel user name was not intended to be your default email account for your hosting service.

If you need more clarification of the issue, if you could please provide a copy of the message, then we could review it and see its context and define it. Or you can also call into live technical support and relay the same information so that they can review it with you privately.

If you have any further questions or need further assistance, please let us know.

Regards,

Arnel C.
