Hello Jvwebs7, How are you accessing your email? Through webmail? Through an email application like Outlook or Mac Mail? When they perform the transfers for the account, all of your files are transferred - which includes your email files. I confirmed this by reviewing your files. The transfer of your website was completed correctly and the internal settings (regarding DNS) are also correct. I checked both the files and DNS settings in order to verify that the appropriate changes have been completed. It's possible that your mail client settings are not set correctly for that email account. Here's a list of all your possible settings: POP Settings Username: Your full email address, for example info@jvwebstudio.com Incoming Server (normal): mail.jvwebstudio.com Port: 110 Incoming Server (SSL secure): secure32.webhostinghub.com Port: 995 Outgoing Server (normal): mail.jvwebstudio.com Port: 25 or 587 Outgoing Server (SSL secure): secure32.webhostinghub.com Port: 465 IMAP Settings Username: Your full email address, for example info@jvwebstudio.com Incoming Server (normal): mail.jvwebstudio.com Port: 143 Incoming Server (SSL secure): secure32.webhostinghub.com Port: 993 Outgoing Server (normal): mail.jvwebstudio.com Port: 25 or 587 Outgoing Server (SSL secure): secure32.webhostinghub.com Port: 465 You can also more information on how to setup your email account here: Getting Started with Email If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.
