SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
Hi,

Today, I can no longer send email to my vendor.

host mail.cdw.com [12.32.90.135]: 554-mail.cdw.com
554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means.

My org has not sent more then 100 emails since we setup services with webhosting.com a month ago.

I suppose other webhosting customers are spamming and now I can't send email to my partners.

What do I do ?

Hello derekb,

Thank you for your question. Here is a link to our guide on what to do if an email is returned.

We are happy to assist you, but we must handle each bounce on a case-by-case basis, as there are many reasons an email can be returned.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
