Someone told me that the email I sent them went to spam. I understand that it's up to recipient's server filters, but what can I do on my end to stop that from happening?

Hello!

Thanks for posting your question about preventing your emails from being flagged as Spam. I'm sorry to see that has happened. I recommend adding an SPF record and enable DKIM Keys for your domain. This ensures that other servers can validate and authenticate emails from your domain are legitimate, appearing less likely to be Spam. Typically, this helps improve your ability to send (without your emails being flagged as Spam) emails. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Carlos D
