Hi stonefruit, When your email is not delivered succussfully, most of the time you will receive a bounce back message, which it sounds like what may have happened in this case. What should I do if I get a bounce back message? Email messages can be bounced back for numerous reasons. If you get a bounce back message, it is best to email support@webhostinghub.com about it. We are very knowledge with email server setup, and if you include the bounce back message in your email, we can review it and recommend a possible solution. Most email servers on the internet have different ways to determine if they should accept an email or not. Some mail servers will check for a reverse dns record, while some won't.
