Sending High Priority eMail
With other email services, such as Outlook, an important email can be marked "high priority." Does webhostinghub offer this capability, and if so, how do I mark it?
I have been a customer for several years now and have never found it. If it's not available, I suggest you add it.

Hello Cecilia, Thank you for your question regarding sending an email marked as high or low importance. This is a setting in your actual email client. For example, if you are using Outlook to check email on our server you can use their standard setting: Message > High Importance See more in the official Microsoft guide on how to Mark a message as high or low importance. If you are using Webmail the steps will differ based on the specific client you are using. For example, if you are composing an email in RoundCube, there is a "Priority" option on top where you can choose this setting. Thank you, John-Paul |
