Hello Cecilia, Thank you for your question regarding sending an email marked as high or low importance. This is a setting in your actual email client. For example, if you are using Outlook to check email on our server you can use their standard setting: Message > High Importance See more in the official Microsoft guide on how to Mark a message as high or low importance. If you are using Webmail the steps will differ based on the specific client you are using.
