Yesterday I got an unusually large amount of Spams. In the past few years I have set up Spam Assassin with a proper score and it has eliminated 90% of the emails which I receive, and are JUNK. Now they are pouring in.

I went into my control panel to look for the settings, and there were none. When I got to the button on my cPanel page to 'setup Spam assassin' it says "This feature is disabled" What....??! What are my options? What happened? My phone is now filled with 60 emails a day of SPAM.

Please advise? Thank you.

Hello Mr. Cooper,

Sorry for any issues concerning the Spam Assassin. I double-checked Spam Assassin and it is enabled in at least one of your 2 subscriptions. The Spam Assassin icon has been replaced in cPanel with an icon titled Spam Filters. You can enable Spam Assassin there if it is disabled. I also confirmed that the configuration options are still operational. If you continue to have problems please contact our live technical support team for immediate assistance. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.
