When I have a new post on the blog, realhomesteadmom.com, the email sent out automatically with the new post has lines and lines of code that I have to scroll through before I can see the actual post.

Hello Kimberly, and thanks for your question.

Sorry for the delayed response. I took a look at your website, and it appears that you're using the JetPack plugin in order to manage your email subscription button. I did a bit of searching and couldn't find other users reporting the same issue.

When you say that it has lines and lines of code that you have to scroll through, this sounds like possibly the email is being sent in HTML format, and you might not be viewing the email getting sent in HTML mode but rather plain-text.

I went ahead and subscribed to your blog, and the confirmation email that I got was in HTML format, and looked to display properly. If you're still having issues when you create a new post with the email that gets sent out, I should get a copy of it now and hopefully will be able to determine if it's something else wrong other than your email application just not viewing it in HTML format.

Please let us know if you had any other questions at all.

- Jacob
