Hello, Thanks for contacting us about not being able to receive certain emails, If you are not seeing anything in your inbox in your webmail your client is likely configured as POP3 which means it will download everything and remove it from the server. I would recommend checking your spam filters in your client and in your cPanel, If you are trying to see what happened to emails that where sent in the past I would recommend reaching out to our technical support team who will be able to review the logs and see what happened to the emails if they reached the server.
