Hello,

Sorry for the problem with the max email sizes. I investigated this and tried to send a large email to my gmail account. Unfortunately, the size limitation for Gmail is 25 MB. I also tested this with two HUB server accounts - a test account on your server and another Hub account using two attachments that add up to 48 MB. Your email account was able to both receive AND send the attachments to the account that was capable of receiving (and sending) 50 MBs worth of attachments.

The problem appears to be that your email recipient was NOT able to receive attachments over 30 MB. You will need to find a way to reduce the size of the attachment, send it in several pieces, or use another avenue (eg Dropbox) so that your recipient can get the file.

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Regards,
Arnel C.
