Your Support Center login is not linked to a hosting account. If you have an account with us, please share that information with us. Additionally, if this is an email problem, we need to know if you're using webmail, or separate email application like Outlook or Mac Mail (or maybe you're using a device like a tablet) - we need more information! However, to guess at your problem, there is a situation when using the IMAP protocol for email when the SENT folder cannot be selected.
