I use Webmail and have SpamAssassin turned on. How do I whitelist a domain or email address to ensure that certain emails are not marked as "spam."

Hello,

In order to whitelist an email in SpamAssassin, you need to login to cPanel first. Go to the email section and then find Spam Filters. Click on Click on Show Additional Configurations. Then click on Edit Spam Whitelist settings. There are further instructions on how to make entries there under the "i" in the blue circle. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.
