Thank you for contacting us. I clicked the webmail link described in the guide and it provided the following URL:

http://EXAMPLE.COM:2095/cpsess2497142947/webmail/x3/mail/passwdpop.html?redirectdomain=&email=USERNAME&domain=EXAMPLE.COM

Be sure to replace "EXAMPLE.COM" with your actual domain, and USERNAME with your username (without the domain ).

Keep in mind they must be logged into Webmail to change the password, for security purposes.
