Wordpress website contact form 7 email fails with a RED box error
Hello
I have a website livingdesigninteriors.com hosted with you. When using the contact sheet form on the website I get an error message in a RED box saying "failed to send your message. Please contact the administrator" I have checked the contact wordpress form and it appears to be OK. Wordpress support forum says its to do with the domain mail server...Can you please help?

I have taken a look at your configuration as well as looked deeper into your account on the server in which it appears that the contact form is not passing the form information to the email service at all. My recommendation would be to disable other plugins that may be interfering with your contact form as well as check your theme by changing it temporarily to another one. I also noticed that you have some updates available in which these updates may resolve the issues you are seeing. |
