I wanted to set up email authentication but I have an error that says it cannot confirm that the servers are the authoritative DNS server for the zone. What do I do to correct this? My domains are at GoDaddy but the DNS is pointed here and my sites are hosted here.

Hello,

Sorry for the problem with setting up email authentication. The problem stems from a known cPanel issue on the shared server. However, settings for DKIM are okay. If you want to verify, you simply have to look at the TXT entry in the DNS. You can use the advanced DNS editor to confirm the entries in the DNS. You can find more about DKIM here. I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Regards,
Arnel C.
