I can not send an e-mail over webhostinghub to print@zentra-ag.ch
Dear Webhosting-Hub-Team
The e-mail-address print@zentra-ag.ch exisist (I have this with another provider). But when I send a e-mail over my account (roland-hartmann@marketingagentur.ch) on your server, I get an info, this mail is not existing. When I send the same mail over icloud.com - it works....
I have the same «trouble» that I can not get any mails over this address (print@zentra-ag.ch). I did not found the domain zentra-ag.ch on a black- oder spamlist.
Pleasen can you check this?

Hello Roland, Thanks for the question about the email not working from your marketingagentur.ch. We provide support for Web Hosting Hub accounts, so if you're trying to send emails from an account not pointing to our servers, then you will need to either point the domain to our servers, or consult with the support team where you are hosting your email account. When I check the marketingagentur.ch, the A record for the domain is pointing to us, but the MX record (for the mail server) set up using the domain name. The DNS records for that domain are NOT being controlled at our server, so you would have to point the MX records to our server in the DNS using the IP address. If you need more information or assistance with this, I would recommend that you either directly contact our live technical support team (contact info is at the bottom of this page) or speak with the support where your DNS is being controlled for the domain.
