I cannot see my old emails
I noticed the email erase all the mails that aer 1 month old. I've been noticing this the last 3 weeks. I check today and the quota level set for my email account is unlimited. Today I see the email up to october 6, 2016. The account is open from June 2016.

Hello, Sorry fo the emails that you appear to be missing. When you are looking at your email, what application are you using? Also, are you referring to emails that have been deleted? If you have deleted email, those emails will eventually be removed automatically. If you want to keep email, then it must remain in the inbox, or in a separate folder. We do not delete old email in an account, but it might be something that is a setting with an email client. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C. |
