I need to recover my emails. I have deleted & recreated my email profile
I had to delete & recreate my email profile. now all my previous emails are gone. i need to recover them for my business. help!

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding recovering deleted emails. If you used POP for mail settings then you may have then stored in a client (such as outlook, mac mail, smart phone app) somewhere. I recommend checking these devices first, just to be sure. If you have them it is possible to re-upload them to the server. If you used IMAP for email, then the emails were stored on the server and are most likely gone. If you have a complete backup available, or subscribe to our automated backup service (and this happened within the last 24-36 hours) you can request a restoration. Thank you, John-Paul |
