I want to use webhub email services for my domain. I have setup the roundcube application and have been able to successfully use it as a webclient for my domain's email. However I need to utilize a 3rd party to filter my email first. I pointed my MX records to that third party, but then the webhub servers no longer accept my email after it has been filtered. In the MX Entry menu, I tried using the Backup option, but I found my mail was accepted and then forwarded back to the primary MX record. How can I setup my mail to be accepted even though it isn't the primary MX record?

Hello Feydrus,

Thanks for the question! Yes, it is possible to get your 3rd party mail filtering service to work. Note that you can always use the service provided here in cPanel by McAfee. The steps to make this happen can be found here:

I hope this helps you to resolve your issue! Please let us know if you need further assistance.
