Is SpamExperts working for anyone?

Hey users, do any of you have SpamExperts working, complete with full access to SpamPanel to configure the settings? McAfee worked so well, but no luck with SpamExperts yet. Please reply with any advice you might have regarding effective spam filtering with the ability to review spam messages for legitimate email.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Spam Experts. I checked your MX records and both are set to priority 10. You will want to set mx2.webhostinghub.com to priority 20.

Regardless, the first one should work for you. You may want to contact our Live Support team so they can manually check and/or adjust the settings for you.
