Mail Distribution List Setup
I need to setup a mail distribution list for one department so when a mail is addressed to that email (like "accountpayables@****.com.mx") it is received by all the people in such department on our company.
I went to cpanel to look for this feature but there is no option to do that regardless CPanel documentation says there is a option named "mailing list" to do exactly what i want. but in the webhostinghub cpanel that option does not exist.
please help me because this is something i need to do to comply with our company requirements.

Hello, Thank you for your question about setting up a mail distribution list. Unfortunately, there is currently no built-in way to do this in your cPanel. But, you can create an email forwarder to each person in the department. Email Forwarders allow you to send a copy of all mail from one email address to another. This would allow each incoming email to "accountpayables@" to be forwarded to the people in the department. Thank you, John-Paul |
