My email are erased
hello, I have trouble with my emails as they are erased from your server and from my iphone as well. I tried to find a settings feature to keep them but couldn´t.

Hello, Sorry to hear that you're having problems with your emails being erased. We do need a little more information in order to see what's happening with your account. Have you tried to access your emails through webmail? Here's a tutorial for accessing webmail. If your emails are really deleted, you will not see any emails in Webmail. If you have backups with your account, then you will need to request a restoration through our live technical support team. You can find their contact information at the bottom of the page.
