My website taking very long to send emails when clicking send and when it "successfully" completes. The messages are not sent at all. Or not received.

Hello,

Thanks for your question about email latency. There are many possible causes. The issue would be difficult to troubleshoot through this forum. I advise contacting our live support team. They can check the email logs in the server to isolate possible issues.
