Outlook for Mac is suddenly not working - stating that "the correct root certificate is not installed." It has been working fine up until now and I have not made any changes.

Hello,

Thank you for your question regarding a "root certificate is not installed" message on Outlook for Mac. I first recommend verifying your email settings are correct and free for typos/misspellings. You can view your email settings in cPanel at any time.

If your problems persist, I recommend trying the solutions provided by Microsoft on their official forums here: Certificate warning in Outlook 2016 for Mac

Thank you,
John-Paul
