How do I spam individual e-mails from my squirrel mail?

I have a spam-blocking service that does fairly well, but some still sneak through (ie. drug companies). How do I spam individual e-mails in my webmail?

Hello,

The best tools for you to use for your individual email accounts in the cPanel are Spam Assassin, and the Account Level Filtering. This lets you address any spam that slips through the blacklist.
