my horde sent emails are ending up in spam folders

im new to horde but im having a small problem, whenever i send an email it ends up in that persons spam folder,
is it to do with their security or is it on my settings???

Hello, Sorry for the problem that you're having with your outgoing emails being labeled as spam.
