I can not access FTP server by this account:

And let me know how to make free domain registration in the management panel to inform tutorial URL.

Hello Shoki, Thank you for the update. Until DNS has propagated for your new domain, you can use either the server IP address or server name instead of your domain name in your FTP program. You can find the server IP and server name under the stats list on the left side of your cPanel home screen. For more information on viewing your account information in cPanel, please see our article How do I find what server I am on?. You can also test your site through your temporary URL until DNS propagates fully. Please see our article on registering a new domain name for step-by-step instructions to register your new domain name.
