Cannot log in with fillezilla

When i go on filezilla: I get this message

Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of mc53.serverminer.com
Status: Connecting to 192.99.18.126:26135...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server
Please help!!!!!

Hello,

Thank you for your question. This error usually means there is not an FTP server available at the address you are connecting to (mc53.serverminer.com).

Since I could not find an account associated with that address, I recommend contacting the hosting provider, so they can review the server settings.
