Hi!

I have noticed that WebHostingHub's own file uploading service (through the File Manager) does not work. Last time I was able to upload files through it, was before the CPanel / File Manager update a couple weeks (or months?) back. It hasn't bothered me since, but now I'm getting tired with the external FTP softwares, and it would be nice just to briefly upload a file to the server and continue, but now I have to open FileZilla, establish a connection and it's pretty slow... At the moment, I don't have the time to investigate this issue more than with this message, so a solution would be very appreciated! :) Sorry if this has been asked before, but as I said, I'm kinda busy right now.

Hello Zaapo,

I'm sorry you're having trouble uploading files with the cPanel File Manager. As the issue you are having could be due to browser incompatibility, could you please either update your question or add a comment below telling us what browser and version you are using? The solution may be simply to use another browser that doesn't have a conflict with the cPanel File Manager. The Legacy File Manager in the cPanel may provide you an alternative as well.

Thank you for contacting us today. We look forward to helping you resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Regards,

Christi N.
