Hello Roman,

If you're using your domain name for FTP I just checked it and they're not currently pointed to our hosting servers. You did not register this domain name through us. You'd have to go to the domain registrar you're using and have the name servers changed to ours. After a propagation period of up to 24 hours, THEN you could use your domain name for FTP. You should still change your name servers (if they haven't been changed already) as the domain name won't work with our hosting service until you change it. If you want use an alternate FTP URL to get to your account, you can use:

ftp://ehub33.webhostinghub.com

You'll need to use your Cpanel user name and the Cpanel password to login. For matters of security, this information is not posted on this public forum. You can find your Cpanel user name (and also reset the password) by logging into your Account Management Panel (AMP).

Here's an article about the name servers if you need more info on the subject:

Arnel C.
