I am trying to connect with FTP Voyager using port 21, but my password is not accepted. I'm just starting so this may be why my pwd is not working. I'm pretty sure I'm using the correct directory, and certain that my login name and pwd are correct.

Hello LanceG,

I took a quick look at your account, and it appears that your domain name is not pointing to our hosting servers yet. You will need to change that if you intend to use the domain with our servers. I'll provide a link at the end of this response for more info. I'm assuming you're talking about trying to connect to FTP with your primary domain name.

You can still connect with your account using FTP and the direct server URL. Here's what you would need to use for the ftp host:

whub30.webhostinghub.com

Your user name and password should be the same as the Cpanel user name and password. You can find your account user name in the Account Management Panel (AMP) under Account & Billing DETAILS - go the active subscriptions, then in the column under ADMIN, select DETAILS (again) in order to see your Admin Details. Note that the USERNAME is NOT the same as the AMP login username. You can set the Cpanel password in AMP as well,if required.

If you need further info on changing your name servers, go to What are my name servers and how do I change them?

If you're still having problems, contact live technical support for a quick resolution or leave a comment with more information about your problem at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
