--SOLVED!--

I am trying to log in and transfer using the FTP FileZilla, however I keep receiving the following:
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server

I used the following :
http://www.webhostinghub.com/support/website/file-management/create-a-backup-using-ftp

I also tried the following, with no luck (it kept timing out):
http://www.webhostinghub.com/support/website/file-management/connect-securely-to-my-website-via-ftp

I have tried the suggestion for "passive" in this tutorial:

For my FTP host I have tried the following:
- mydomain.com
- ftp.mydomain.com
- ehub##.webhostinghub.com

Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance. Let me know If you need more information.

Just tried WinSCP with no luck either.

Just figured it out. Googled the error "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server" and found out that others had similar problems. For me, it was conflicting with my firewall. Disabling it solves and/or adding it to exceptions list. If anyone should have problems, check out (& scroll to the very bottom):
