Error Message when updating Frontpage site

The server could not receive your request. Contact your service provider or web server administrator to make sure the server has the frontpage server extensions or sharepoint extensions installed.

500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@papasweb.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I uninstalled and reinstalled frontpage exts on papasweb with no results.

Thank you for your question. Sorry to hear you are having trouble updating your website, I first recommend checking your FTP settings to make sure they are correct.

Next, I recommend following our guide on publishing a Frontpage site using Microsoft Expression Web, if you are using the older Frontpage software we also have a helpful video on uploading your website using Frontpage.

Since this is a public forum, if your issue persists I recommend contacting live support, so they can check your FTP settings and review the FTP log in real time.
