I am unable to log into the server using ftp. I have tried the main user "morgan41" and even created a 2nd one called "jamorganelli"

However, I am still unable to log in via ftp.. please help

Hello Jamorganelli,

I double-checked your domain name and it is still not pointed to our hosting services. This is why you cannot use it for FTP. You can use the server name (whub32.webhostinghub.com) in place of the domain name until the name servers (or specific DNS settings) have been changed.
