Hello WayneAdams, I tried to duplicate your issue, but couldn't do it in normal NOTEPAD. However, I could see it in Notepad++. When I brought in a PHP file to there, I could see the carriage returns. When I turn on show symbols in Notepad++, I can see the CFs that are creating the spaces. I spoke with a Systems person here and asked what would be the best course of action for you. He suggested that you go into the Settings for FileZilla and remove the PHP extension from the AUTOMATIC list (where Filezilla determines the file types it opens). Once you remove it, then it will load it as a binary, you won't see the problem again. You could also just load everything as a binary. But we were just trying to keep the PHP files from loading as ASCII files. If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Regards, Arnel C. |
