I put the FTP info on "Admin Details" into CoffeeCup HTML Editor. I tried uploading "index.html" to my site. CoffeeCup says it was uploaded, but it's not reflected at langfordfirm.com, which is still blank.

Did I put in the wrong information? Seems like CupCoffee would have said something... but it's possible.

I entered my server as "whub34.webhostinghub.com" and my user name as "langfo6" and chose Standard FTP.

UPDATE:
Thanks for the last answer. I updated my nameservers (which needed to happen anyway) but I still have the same problem: the default page is WebHub's default (see http://www.langfordfirm.com) rather than the index file I tried to upload.

I used the CoffeeCup HTML editor, plugged in the user name information from WebHub, and I didn't get any errors when I uploaded it. So I'm not clear about where the disconnect is.

I'd be happy to use software other than CoffeeCup if you have some suggestions. I'm still just using the trial version.

Hello Randylangford,

The problem is that your domain name is still pointed AWAY from our hosting service. We do not manage your domain name, so you would need to go to your domain registrar's interface and change the name servers to point to our hosting service. Otherwise, the domain name will continue to point to the hosting servers it was pointing to originally.

Here's an article to help explain the necessary change:

Changing My Name Servers
