I am a new customer who is trying to set up my site here before transferring my domain name. I cannot ftp my files - Filezilla reports 'connection timed out could not connect to server'. I was able to upload through cpanel. It appears the problem may be that my ftp info is pointing to my domain which is still hosted elsewhere. Do I need different ftp info or must my domain be transferred first? Or is it something else?.
