Having problems accessing FTP

I can not access my account via FTP. I have tried every way suggested using Filezilla and even downloaded the setup form but account keeps failing. I even turned my firewalls off and nothing works.

Hello rasha17,

I'm sorry you're having trouble connecting via FTP. Are you seeing any error messages when you try to use FTP? If so, can you please give us the exact error message you are receiving? Also, please make sure you are using the settings outlined in our FTP Getting Started Guide.

If the issue continues, please feel free to update your question or add a comment below with the FTP settings you are using:

FTP Host
FTP Username
Port Number
